NatWest Markets gains market share across multiple regions, according to Coalition’s latest research survey.

We’re pleased to share some of the results of Coalition’s latest market research, for the full Financial Year of 2019 (FY19). Coalition is a market leading independent research company that publishes analytical research on Corporate and Investment Banks, their Institutional and Corporate clients, as well as local market sizes. Some of the areas where Coalition recognised NatWest Markets, were:

  • NatWest Markets gained market share across every region in Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) in FY19, with particular strength in EMEA, as driven by G10* Rates
  • NatWest Markets’ FY19 Global FIC market share improvement outpaced the market average, as NatWest Markets revenue grew by 8.45% Year on Year (YoY) vs. the overall market growing by 85 base points (bps)
  • NatWest Markets managed to grow both G10 and Emerging Markets FX market share in a shrinking wallet environment
  • NatWest Markets was one of the leading outperformers in the EMEA Rates market.
